Sale Set Up
When you are ready to take the next step, our qualified staff will organize, advertise, and market the items you no longer want to keep. This process may vary depending on the size of the estate. However, we can generally be ready to sell within a couple of days.
Sales Days
Almost always, we run a 2-day sale on weekends, as this leads to greater turnout and a more successful sale. However, this can be flexible. Depending on the size of the estate, we might add an extra day. The hours of the sale may also vary. Days and times are flexible, and we can answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Post-Sale Clean Out
After the conclusion of the sale, we offer an optional service to remove any unsold items and coordinate their donation or disposal.
